This is a minor release which mostly focuses on internal improvement,
some development are in submodule ninja and syntax repo.
You can try it via npm i bs-platform@8.3.2.
It ships a critical bug fix for windows port.

Tests and feedback are appreciated, we will mark it as latest if no serious regressions founded.
