Finished the Discord Bot I was working on, open sourcing the Discord Bindings I wrote

I rewrote the BrightId Discord Unique Bot in Rescript

The bot is not done. There are some ugly code smell I have to cleanup, but I wrote a bunch of bindings.

I’m open-sourcing the (incomplete) bindings. Might make a weekend project out of it some time and try to cover the whole api.
