How to create a VSCode theme for rescript?

I would like to create my own VsCode theme. Any guidance on this would be highly appreciated. I’ve never done a theme before.

I’m trying to override the Rescript Light Theme but having trouble finding how to tweak the color of the tokens in rescript.

Update:
I came up with VSCode Beer Theme
I think it looks OK in Rescript

You know there is dark beer as well
