Jest Testing Why i Got Error alert handshake failure

Hello Everyone I want to test an api that got code 200 but then i got this error handshake openssl can anyone help me to solve this?
This is the full error code

write EPROTO 14744:error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure:c:\ws\deps\openssl\openssl\ssl\record\rec_layer_s3.c:1536:SSL alert number 40
